Frequently Asked Questions

Find clear answers to common questions about our Ziyarat journeys — from travel logistics to spiritual guidance, we’ve covered it all.

Q1. What is included in the Arbaeen 2026 package?
The package includes all accommodation (Do Hotel in Najaf, Yasmeen Hotel or Al Qasr Residence in Karbala), daily meals, airport and intercity transfers, guided ziyarat in Najaf, Karbala, Kadhimayn and Samarra, evening lectures with Sayed M. Jawad Qazwini, the Iraq visa fee and application assistance, and full support during the Arbaeen Walk including luggage transfer. International flights are not included.
Q2. How much does the Arbaeen 2026 package cost?
$2,600 USD per person for the Yasmeen Hotel option and $2,750 USD for Al Qasr Residence. This is a land package beginning and ending at Baghdad International Airport (BGW).
Q3. Do I need a visa for Arbaeen, and do you arrange it?
Yes, an Iraq visa is required. The visa fee is included in the package price, and we guide you through the full application process as part of your registration.
Q4. Are flights included? Which airport do I fly into?
Flights are not included. You fly into Baghdad International Airport (BGW), arriving July 25, and our team handles the transfer to Najaf. We provide recommended routings from Toronto and other North American cities.
Q5. Is the Najaf-to-Karbala walk mandatory?
No. The walk is optional. Walkers depart Najaf on the evening of July 27 and enter Karbala at Fajr on July 29; non-walkers transfer by coach to Karbala on July 28 and perform ziyarat with the group.
Q6. Is this trip suitable for families and elderly travelers?
Yes. We arrange accessible transport for seniors and anyone with mobility concerns, and families with children are welcome. Non-walkers follow a comfortable coach itinerary while walkers complete the route.
Q7. When is the Day of Arbaeen in 2026?
The Day of Arbaeen (20 Safar 1448) falls on August 5, 2026. Our group is in Karbala from July 28 through August 7, covering the Arbaeen nights, the maqtal, and the day itself.
Q8. How do I register?
Complete the online sign-up form and submit your documents. A deposit secures your place — Arbaeen groups are capped and typically sell out before departure.
