Frequently Asked Questions

Find clear answers to common questions about our Ziyarat journeys — from travel logistics to spiritual guidance, we’ve covered it all.

Q1. What accommodations are included in the package?
We stay in 4–5 star hotels near the Haramain and shrines. Hotels typically include breakfast, modern amenities, and easy access to meeting points.
Q2. Can I bring children on the Umrah or Ziyarat trip?
Yes, families are welcome! We provide guidance and support for parents traveling with young children. Both Saudi Arabia and Iraq are generally safe for family travel.
Q3. Are there restrictions on clothing or items I can bring?
Yes. For the Haramain, dress modestly and pack Ihram cloth (for men). In Iraq, modest attire is recommended for shrine visits. Check airline baggage allowances. A full packing list will be provided.
Q4. Is transportation provided for elders or those with mobility concerns?
Absolutely. We arrange comfortable, accessible transport for seniors, families, and anyone needing support. Long distances are covered so everyone can travel comfortably.
Q5. Can I join only part of the trip or start from another country?
Yes. Many travelers join from different countries. We can customize your entry point to meet the group in Makkah, Madinah, Najaf, or Karbala depending on your package.
Q6. How do I register for the trip?
Complete the registration form on our website and submit the required documents. A reservation fee may apply to secure your spot.
